Replacing the stock boost gauage

I've heard that it can't be replaced cause it comes as a whole unit with the other 2 gauges is this true? I would like to replace the boost guage with one that reads in psi and reads up to 30 psi max. I know I can route a seperate boost guage in there but don't care for 2 boost guages... Has anyone tried it?

The USDM Evo 8 does not have a stock boost gauge. Which model are you referring to?

I was referring to the optional gauge cluster that the dealer installs, it looks stock cause it has mitsu logos on it.

you can replace them, each gauge is a seperate piece.

GTVEVO, thanks for sharing that info. I'll have to take mine out and take a look. So would you know what gauge will fit in there?

I don't know the exact size but I am sure once you get it you can measure it. I know that I have seen some autometer and blitz gauges the same size so I am sure other vendors make them too. Everything will come out very easy because the mitsu kit is very well put together. I sold my kit and put the Blitz ID EBC with a guage built in and the Blitz Power meter on a custom built plate in that spot. So I have a boost gauge that I can control along with any other readout. Just a thought so you aren't spending money on a guage and a EBC. If you plan to go that route.
