evo wing vs. STI wing

dont know exactly what forum to put this in so general it is. which do you prefer better on its respective car??? they are both larege obnoxious wings. i go with the evo wing cause its slightly sleeker. it goes with the lines/body of the car more and is less obtrusive than the STI. the sti one looks like they just took a big *** wing and plopped it on the back of that thing. the evo works it better. what do you guys think????

I agree. The evo wing looks better, hands down, no contest. The lines look better plus the whole carbon fiber thing is extra sweet.

Ditto. Evo wing has better styling and more or equal function. I like the hood cutout vs. the scoop too.

That's why I bought an EVO not a STI

i dislike the sti spoiler because it has that curve at the end that makes it look like it should belong on a ricy civic.

Cheerleading aside, they both look ridiculous.

I think the evo wing fits the evo, if I owned a sti that would be the first thing I take off, same with a supra (i think supra wings are ugly). Only other wing on a car that i like that came with it stock is the one on the 2g turbo eclipses. It fits the car nicely, that and the evo. Other then that I really dont like wings.

-edit- i also like the cobra r wing, it looks nice on a mustang but that front air damn and spoiler on the R makes it looks good all together.

I agree with you. I also say that the EVO wing is better and one of the biggest and best looking stock wings has got to be on the Integra Type R. It just looks so perfect on that car.

The EVO wing matches the body lines way better, looking @ it from the back you only see the mid section, it is not only functional, but you can adjust it too.... The Sti wing doesn't have a natural look the base waves out,is flimsy, and there is no adjustment.

They look rediculous for everyday driving. Good for the track though.
