Question LanEvo Headlights

I just found out after seeing my friend flash my highbeam, my HID was also lighted up... is this a norm or is it just mine?

Let's see if I got you, Evo7 such as mine and yours do not come with HID, if yours has, then you might perhaps have a GSR, whatever the case, only on the USDM version, the low beams goes away when you hit high beams.

yeah i have a jdm evo 7 gsr, it stays on until you click it off. the HIDs are on when you flash your highs. you have to click them again to turn them off.

mrsevovii,

i'm sure the USDM also has the fog switch..... so does this mean that its a norm to have the hid switched on together with the high beam when you flash?

r32awd,

what i meant was when your HID/headlights/projector low beam/fogs are not switched on, then you flash your high beam.......... both the high beam and HID/projector will also turn on together....
