05 E-ACD question

I asked this in the AEM section but there doesnt seem to be much traffic in there. I'm wondering if the AEM EMS will work with the 05 since it has the electronic controlled diff. Does any one know if the main ECU handles this or if there is a independent computer for it. Thanks

acd runs on its own electronics and setup that takes the place of the intercooler sprayer area in your engine compartment (to my knowledge) don't think it uses the ecu for any direct operation. i'm not entirely sure tho.

yeah... and it's replaced with the acd electronics...that's why i said it takes up the intercooler sprayer area.

Its a totally different ECU

I was curious if I could retrofit ACD ECU and other parts to upgrade my evo8, no-mas.

Nice so I should be able to use the AEM with no problem then. Thanks for your help.
