Magnaflow fitment on 8 and 9. Same fitment?

I didn't even know they sold a full exhaust for the Evo 8. If they do, it's certainly not used very often. Is there a reason you chose that type instead of a top Evo exhaust?
Anyway, there is more than one type of VIII, so your question is not complete. 03-04s are not the same as 05s. 06s are closer in fitment to 05s, but even then they are slightly different. However, most exhausts fit every year with the only problem point being the DP and whether or not it rubs the oil pan.

If it is just a catback, I'd think that there'd be no fitment issues. I have the now discontinued Magnaflow Ti, catback exhaust on my VIII, with ACD and it fits fine. As Warrtalon says, the problem if there is one, would be with respect to downpipe clearance. But, I don't think that Magnaflow makes an Evo DP or markets a complete TBE, do they?

magnaflow website mentions nothing about a downpipe, so i am sure its just the catback. magnaflow says that there catbacks fit the 8 and 9.
