bad mbc or wastegate?
i installed the ets 57 trim kit and today tried to up the boost.. the mbc was all the way down and i hit 16-18psi... ididnt pay 100% attention. no matter what i do, every click or turned all the way or half way up the boost wont change. i even toook off the line going to the wastegate from the mbc and no change
whats wrong here?, car is supposed to go on the dyno 2morw and i dont want to have any problems
boost leak was done and just a minor one at the throttle body seals,. nothing that would effect that much

Make sure that you have the boost line going to the wastegate attached to the TOP of the wastegate. Take some pics of your current setup. I don't believe that your boost controller would have all of a sudden taken a sh*t, but it's always possible I guess.
i agree with Nick...make sure things are where they are suppose to be.

Go ahead and disassemble your MBC and take the ball and spring out of it, then replace both as they were. Sometimes the ball and/or spring gets stuck which will not allow you to adjust your boost.
