I won't be the least bit surprised in an increase in price with huge markups as well. the evo has gone up in price each year so thinking that the 9 wont is foolish, espeshially if it has all the MR goodies and the Mivec engine. I predict at least 33 - 34K msrp.

 

Every year 911s get better and every year current 911 owners are glad the 911 remains a prestigious great car. You should hope the Evo can continue the trend for 30 years or so.

 

for the amount of time they gave me to enjoy the o3 until the 05 came out, it was justified that the 05 had upgrades. 5 horsepower?????? i could care less with my 3037s kit .......o and acd.....no thanks.....lets just leave that at that.


And as for MR's.......Most people on this sight were smart enough to hold off. Seriously to me it really does seem like mitsu pulled a VERY FAST one on anyone who bought one. 35,000 dollars for more comfortable suspension and 6 speed????...dude....thats crazy.

If I didnt have an 03 and were looking in the evo market at the time the rs and mr were red hot..........id go with the rs 7 days a week, With the money you saved, you wont ever think twice about that 6th gear that doesnt do anything.......and as for more comfortable suspension.....please.......you've got the wrong car if your worried about comfort.

yeah,thats true, has onyone ever tried to put the mr tranny on a GSR? then you could make your own mr for less

 

thanks for the proof hahaha thats enough for me. Yea i agree, thats why its Evolution. Just be glad you have a evo to drive around and stop *****ing about the next generation of them. There will always be a better evo coming out. Plus if you really wanted that Mivec u can swap heads, and the electronics all can be changed... with enough $$$ that is... plus ralliart makes a front helical diff.
Oh, and i hope the WRC rule change wont effect the Evo X.... it would be sad if it became N/A ... no turbo [img]images/icons/icon9.gif[/img]
