If they're unveiling the IX at the NY Auto Show in March (25th) then I would expect it to hit US dealerships later this year; Fall-time maybe ? Grey imports of JDM cars are arriving in the UK in a month, or so, with official imports arriving in the summer, so we should definitely (hopefully) see them here sooner rather than later.
