I wasn't going to say anything else, but. No I don't think I'm above anyone else, especially since I have had many people PM me for help, and have done my best to do what I could.



It seems as you have taken this to your heart, but bottom line is it’s a forum where people have opinions, facts, ideas, etc... Basically if you can't take someone’s opinion then don't post threads. I have posted threads before where people didn't agree with me, or thought I was wrong (i.e. you burningmoney97) But I’m not going to flip off about it, or have a hissy fit because someone commented on my thread, and gave there OPINION!!!! If you want to be a baby and don't like comments, then don't post new threads. Nothing personal, but AYC has been discussed many, many times, so I gave an OPINION ON AN OPEN FORUM, if you can't take it, and then don't post threads.



It's just a comment, no reason to get your panties in a bunch. AYC has been discussed many times, if you go back to my original post you will see that all I said was " no need to remind us of what were not getting" with a sad face, that would lead most people to believe that my post implies it sucks were not getting it, don't remind me!!!



Anyway, I’m done posting on this thread, getting old now. But to be a gentlemen, I'll apologize to you considering you miss interpreted my original post.

ok people lets start a petition. like the one that got the evo here (imight be wrong on that, but its a good idea) then we can show mitsu that we really want the ayc and we are tired of getting the watered down version of the best car ever made.

Were all bad guys just trying to screw you over. Yet I'm playing devils advocate on this forum trying to help people get out tickets, work repair orders, exhaust sounds, etc... On that note take your own advice about keeping negative comments about of threads. Whenever someone has a story about how they can go about fixing a problem they had with a run in with the police, try and post something a little more constructive after my post then just " stupid pi@s" Actually if you don't stop, that’s all on you, but the next time you post something that I, or another member thinks is a "dumb" thread, and they call you out. Don't go into a hissy fit again.

^^^^^^ Best statement that I have seen you post in awhile. I will admit, some of your threads have been good, and some others have been reposts or info we already read about in another thread. I still think you need not take peoples opinion's to heart, it's only a forum. Lighten up a little...

 

I believe your right unless Mitsubishi states otherwise. Reason I say this is because a friend of mine just bought the new Acura AWD RL. There system is called SH-AWD which is similar to AYC. They instructed him on his warranty plan to come in every 4,500 miles to have the fluid changed out or atleast checked, depending on how you drive the vehicle.

 

The actual AYC should never have to be changed. Its good for at least 50k on normal to sprited driving. Changing the TC fluid is same as normal. about every 4-6k, or when the TC gives a loud whine when in transition driving.

AYC is a good system and I would assume the S-AYC is better. "I" think that the reason that AYC isnt state side is due to warrenty issues. With people always dumping the clutch and drag racing (as Americans do) the system woudnt last long. Its called Active Yaw Control not Active Launch Conrtrol.

 

what differs AYC from S-AYC?
