i had to come out of retirement for this one. go back and read my first post. i said nothing wrong. i just started getting attacked because i though it was dumb to pay sticker. i thought everybody would like to see someone get a better deal on an EVO. boy was i wrong. just stop the hating. you guys said it couldn't be done. i did it. leave it alone.

 

i dont remember anybody holding a gun to your head and forcing you to monitor this thread?

 

I got mine for 357XX.XX That is almost over a 1000.00+ off msrp I think some one else can do better. I am good though... Sorry buddy, I am lower. GOD BLESS AMERICA

 

i am happy for you. i wasn't trying to be the lowest. i was just trying to show these guys that it could be done. i financed the amount i wanted, got the rate i wanted, got the car i wanted, i'm happy. i'm pretty sure they could have done better if i had tried harder, but once i got where i wanted, i stopped. i'm glad u got as much off as you did. hopefully everybody else will to. im just tired of everybody thinking sticker is a great deal, and that it's okay to pay over sticker. so far two have done the "impossible." so anybody else that's paid less than MSRP for the EVO IX MR, post and lemme see how much u got off...peacE

 

what's funny tho, everybody's telling me i couldn't get 100 below sticker, but they probably won't even question that you got 1000 under lol but whatever, we got great cars, and i love mine already.

Here's what this jack*ss posted in another thread about being tall and fitting in an Evo. This was his response to my post that I'm 6'5" and 260LBS and fit great:

Here's the deal ODUB:

I was a defensive tackle at USC and just recently retired from powerlifting. 260 LBS is the lightest I've been since I was 18, my heaviest was 307LBS. At 300 LBS I ran a 4.8 40', benched 500 LBS and squatted over 700LBS. My waist size has never been over 38" and is now 36". In otherwords f*ck you.

 

Here's the jist of it:

Your entire tone and attitude from the very beginning was all wrong and is the reason everyone is "hating" on you.

Statements like the following:

The fighting, kicking, negotiating, strangling, all the fun stuff.
I get the windows tinted for free, which is a start...but that's not gonna cut it.

Best way to get a good deal is to pit two sales people against each other.

My biggest advantage is that i was in auto sales for a year and a half, and was better at it than the people trying to sell me the car. i love buying cars. beating up on salespeople is how i get my jollies.

Anybody who pays over sticker for a car is an idiot.

That's one hell of a way to introduce yourself and make friends on a forum. Do you really have to ask why everyone was getting on your case?

You're cocky, rude and obnoxious! You can't follow the rules of the forum, and you think that we care about whatever it is that you're trying to prove by paying less than sticker. No one cares. That's what they've been trying to tell you.

No one needs to hold a gun to my head to watch this thread. It's the first thing I see everytime I sign on, and quite frankly, I'm tired of it. It's a completely useless waste of bandwidth.

A "good deal" on a car is completely relative to the person who is buying it and what it's worth to them. For you to call people idiots from the get-go, without having any background knowledge about anyone else situation is baffling.

Now that you have your car, quit posting in this thread and do some research. It will be a shame for your next thread to be you asking "which is the best BOV ?"

 

Your record has already been broken? Someone else has accomplished what only a "natural born leader and negotiator" like yourself should be able to.

No one cares that you bought your car for under sticker. The reason that you're getting ripped on is becasue you come across as a real jerk. Many people on this board work in car dealerships as sales people and your posts are offensive to them.

 

i never set out to break any records. from my very first post all i set out to do was get the car below sticker, and on terms i could live with. i did that. you guys turned this into a war. i did what you said couldn't be done, and so did the other guy. and yes you are still a fata ss with nothing better to do than scratch your stomach, berp, annoy people online, scare little children, and give recycled tents a purpose to be reborn as clothing. me and old boy did what you said couldn't be done. you lost. you're fat. instead of spending your nights here, your big a_ss needs to be handcuffed to a treadmill. leave me alone and go lose some weight. what does it feel like to have a strip of bacon wrapped around your heart? since you think paying sticker and over is normal for cars, maybe nobody ever told you that wasn't normal either? it's not my fault you're fat. don't take it out on me. if i give you a box of twinkie's as a peace offering will you leave me alone? or will you just come back for more twinkies? ahhhh the fat, lonely, and annoying. what are we ever going to do with you.

 

Am I fat because I weigh 260LBS at 6'5"? I workout 5 days a week and wear 36" pants. I've been lifting weights competitively since I was 15. I must have been really fat when I was playing college ball at 300LBS. If I'm fat then I'm digging it and being fat is awesome. My wife, former Ms Illinois, also seems to like it.

Again, you're getting ripped on (at least by me) because you're an insecure *ss. Please work on your paragraphs, they're very difficult to read.

still having problems reading? so you need a treadmill and a tutor? another thing i forgot to point out, but is pretty obvious (unless you can't even read). the dealership was asking 38,373 for the car!!!! they weren't asking MSRP. the price they were selling the MR for was 38,373. the RS was selling for like 31+, and the IX was 33+. they were asking 38,373 and i got it for 36,500 and tinted windows. i did what i wanted to do. f_ck you and your fat a ss. and yes, you are fat. if you'd powerlift less hamburgers (or does your big *** just take the cow whole, head, legs, tail and all?) then maybe i wouldn't be able to call you the reason elastic waist pants, weight loss pills, buffet limits, and wider doors on public buildings are needed. like i said, i did what you said couldn't be done. reguardless of MSRP, they wanted 38,373 for the car. i got it for 36,500 and a tint. 38,373 - 36,500 + Window Tint = Sit down and enjoy a nice rich cup of Shut The F uck Up. Extra cream on the house.
