Future evo powered model?
Rumor has it that Mitsu is working on an alternate version of the evo drivetrain in the X, for a different chassis.
My guess is a model like the Tarmac in Gran Turismo 4 or maybe even a evo coupe to steal sales from the g35/skyline crowd.
Anyone else heard of this?

it would be better if they brought back the GSX, or a colt ralliart, or the GVR4

As a past owner of 5 Eagle Talon TSi AWDs (same as Mitsubishi Eclipse GSX) I think that this is hideous!
Americans don't tend to buy many coupes and yet, coming soon are new coupes from Chevy, Dodge, BMW, Audi, Nissan, Lexus, and perhaps others.
Sure, Ford can sell 160k Mustangs with no real competition in the segment, but by the time that Eclipse or whatever they'd call it came to market, it would likely just cannibalize sales from the Evo and the more profitable versions of the Eclipse.
