Just announced. Mitsubishi will offer a Lancer SE AWC with the 2.4l. No pricing yet but I think it's very good news that they will offer an option for AWC at a lower price.

I was on the same conference call and yes it is true. 2012 Lancer with AWC was brought up.

Thanks for sharing the news. Does the "SE" imply it is going to be a limited run to test the waters? Any other details you can share?

There was no indication of it being a limited run lancer. I believe our last model year is 2014 so it could be a test the waters model and continue through 2014 model year if it sells well.

The "Global Car" is set to release fall of 2012. This car has been speculated to do 70 mpg without hybrid technology according to Mitsubishi officials. It will be very interesting to see what it will actually do. We will see.

Will there be 2012 version of Evo X??? My 2010 SE was just totalled during the holiday weekend =( And currently I don NOT have a car for daily drive. Can't afford the expensive rental car anymore! Please HELP!

It kills me to here an SE Evo has been totaled.

We will have a 2012 Evo in the future. I don't know how soon it will be out thought. You may need to start looking for a 2011. Good luck and again I am very sorry for your loss.
