Maxed out stock injectors @ 23psi?

I was doing some tuning today, trying to get my a/f's in check. I managed to get them all nicely in the low 11's except in a few spots. I first did a couple of first gear runs, then a couple of 2nd, then a couple of 3rd and 4th (2000rpm-redline) runs (on the freeway). I don't understand how with just an exaust (3"dp, 3" pipe straight back, no muffler/cat/resonators) @ 23psi my injector duty rate is at 98-99%? Here's the log in question, it's a 4th gear pull. BTW this is 93 octane from Exxon, 340lb of people, plus at least 60 pounds of crap in my trunk.

My o2 sensor is mounted where the 2nd o2 sensor usually goes (had the bung welded there), there is no cat there. Any ideas?

are you running 23psi through redline? your fuel compensation is WAY high (+25).. If you are running 23+psi then you would be a good candidate for an upgraded fuel pump..

I think this is one of those quirks that Al (dynoflash) talks about on occasion where no matter how you adjust it, you can't get any richer..

Can our stock head studs withstand abuse of 23psi on a regular basis?

I wouldn't run more then 21psi without the APR head studs. Just my opinion

For a peak, probably, but under sustained pressure, I'm not so sure..

I wasn't even going to preach about the high boost until I knew for sure 23psi wasn't just a spike...

I've been doing 21psi from about 9-10k miles but it does taper at redline to around 19psi. I have cams, head studs, head gasket, and timing belt going in. It will allow me to run 22-23psi or maybe even more if i want...safely
