Which to get first?

UTEC + Tuner Pro

or

UTEC + TurboXS TBE and get the Tuner Pro later on?

or should I go a different route?

Car is basically stock at the moment, minus MBC, Timer and Boost gauge.

It really depends on what you are going to do. If you are going to tune the car yourself then getting the Tuner is a very smart idea. If you are goin gto take your car and get it tuned do the TBE since the shop should have a WB O2 sensor to tune with.

However if you decide to get the tuner, I would at least suggest getting an aftermarket downpipe and welding an EGT bung on it for wideband O2. No point in doing that to the stock one since you'll remove it sooner or later.
Also, from my bad experience, there's very limited room from underneath to weld the bung on so don't weld it on before you put the pipe on and mark with a market where you want the bung to be.

Yeah thats a very good point, in my case I didn't have the under-tray on the car and it was really easy to find a place that fit, but on most cars, you only have a 6" place where you can get it, and its hit or miss if you get it right when its not on the car.. Otherwise the sensor hits the tray, a metal bracket, or the oil pan...

Cam Gears, Logic Cat Back Exhaust and upgraded Spark Plugs & wires from Magnecore, I have
no kind of management, besides turbo timer, boost controller. In my country nobody knows
how to properly tune an ECU

Get the UTEC, AEM EMS or Power FC with a wideband and you'll be able to tune it yourself. If I learned to do it, anyone can.

On the other hand, if you want nothing to do with tuning yourself you can send your ECU to Dynoflash or Buschur for a flash, but I'm not sure about the issues with flashing a car from a different country (not sure if the software is the same).

Also, the AEM EMS is available from Buschur with a pre programmed map customized for the mods you have at the time (e.g. TB exhaust, cams, intake, etc.)

By the way, what country do you live in? How can there be nobody who knows how to tune in a country that has EVO dealers?
