Putting in bigger injectors

I have a set of 780's that i want to put into tonight. How do I set these into the utec? There is a stock setting currently at 550, and a scaling set at 550. Will I put these both at 780 or what?

okay, the first scaling setting is the closed loop fueling scaling, the second one is for the open loop fueling (the description is deceptive in the UTEC)

Set them both for 680/680 and carefully check everything to make sure the car is running ok, and not too lean.. then raise it to 700/700 then 720/720 etc..Until the car idles well and doesn't run too lean.. Once you get something your comfortable with, you can adjust the settings to get the best idle (least hunting for fuel trims) and a comfortably rich starting point for open loop fueling.. In reality, I don't think you'll actually set the scaling to 780/780 because the number in there is really a reference, and not accurately representative of the injectors size (the quick and dirty reason is bigger injectors aren't as responsive as smaller ones, so you have to 'fudge' a bit to get the car to run better, its something called 'dead time') If you initially set the scaling too high, you may find the car ends up running dangerously lean, and you don't want to do that..

I did just like you said and it runs awsome all across the board. Seems like on the 2nd option you can only go as high as 700. So I have the scaling at 720/700 and rus great. I did my logging with this the last 2 days, The first time I hit the gas, I looked out the side mirror and saw the side of the road light up, way rich. I was in the 9.14 range. So far I have a better grasp on the UTEC thing and I feel I am doing very well. I didn't have a whole lot of time today to do much but I am still in safe rich area of 10.5.

I also noticed when I shift at higher rpm's it seems to bog a feels like I get pulled forward in the seat a little, my guess is that the "dead time" when the injectors are slowing down.

I think the car is running a lot better than when I had the stock injectors in. Idle is a lot smoother, and the pull feels harder.
