typical A/Fs for lean versus rich conditions??

OK, simple question for people here (BTW, didn't find answer with a search).

What are the typical A/Fs for a stock Evo...........

What would be considered too lean an A/F and what would be too rich ? I presume the higher the number, the leaner the mixture?

I know "Dynoflash Al" tends to use A/Fs in the low 11s. However, I've recently seen some Dyno postings of cars with the Works P2 flash with A/Fs up near 12 (I thought Works are renowned for being very conservative with their tuning). Can someone please clarify? Thanks.

I'm not too familiar with AFR's, but from what i hear from the various tuners around here, they say AFR's at 12 or higher at WOT is dangerous. A lot of peeps here run between 10.50-11.50 at WOT.
