Next UTEC firmware upgrade??

I was just wondering if anyone knows when the next upgrade for the UTEC is coming out or know any details at all? I'm really hoping its soon since rumor was that it was going to be next best thing to almost complete standalone...

Well, I don't know how "In the loop" I am any longer, but I haven't heard anything about any testing of new firmware, so either there's nothing to talk about at the moment, or their keeping their new developments very quiet.. If I knew anything, I likely wouldn't be able to talk about much other than it existed..

I know Jermaine post on here now and then. I'll be up at turbo XS tomorrow getting my new turbo tuned so I'll ask about the updates.

I wish they would implement some type of code scanner. The UTEC already tells you if the engine light is on.

It would be cool.. I'd like to see something like that too, but I doubt that we'll see it, its easy enough to put a code scanner as part of your "Tuning console" tools.. I run a code scanner and my UTEC dashboard logger, or UCC4, and Data Log Lab at the same time and can do everything needed.

Keep in mind, telling us the CEL is on, is fundamentally VERY easy since its just on/off logic, and is functionally necessary since the UTEC already has the ability to turn off the CEL Light itself (good for us folks who always have the CEL light on for any reason, in my case its a P0171 code because I'm still tweaking my airflow curve for the blowthrough MAF)
