Don't play aroudn with idle, the ecu will handle that and it should be at 14.7
I don't even have Ne-points below 3000. I'd set them up for top end(3500-7000). I'd tune all of that to 11.2-11.3.

Yeah -- 2.5 hrs of playing around, testing all the hardware -- pump worked, water solenoid worked, standard injector was working ...we could even jumper start the whole system...turns out the relay is bad *sigh*. So heading out to Pepboys or Autozone to get a new one...and now for some reason, the 12 v source I plugged my LED and my Radar detector into is no longer working ...argh! Hopefully it's just the fuse...
