Hi,

I am Carlos. I have been trying to get in hold of you guys (Precision dyno ), I called you and left a message a few days ago, I also sent you a PM twice (a few days ago)

If you guys choose to not contact me within the next 3 days please feel free to take me out of your list for tunning.
I hear good words on your tuning but that must be back up by a good customer service( calling people back and responding their e-mails).

I do realized you guys just change location and that you guys receive a lot of phone calls and e-mails but I must plan this trip ahead plus I need to make some consultations and order some required parts. In order to achieve this I must have you guys calling me or responding my e-mails or at least answering your phone, so far none of that ..
I understand you guys are at SEMA but I need reliability. I am not the only one that has been trying to contact you without success.

This is my e-mail again: carlosgarcia4@***.net

Thanks!!

Carlos

Edwin,

I am not mad at all, I understand Precision Dyno has a lot of customers but I need to plan ahead (order some parts, consult with them if I need fuel pump and injectors, consult with them prices for the alcohol kit, ask them if they can install my stuff and last but not least get permission from my employer to take the day off).

Al (Dynoflash ) will be in Phoenix 3 December. As a right now is 50%/50% chance:

1) Precision Dyno tuning with ECUTEK and their alcohol kit or
2) Al's re custom tunning with Al's alcohol kit

we will see what happens...either I get a call by Precision Dyno by Monday or Dynoflash will re custom tune my car.

Carlos

Hi Nick,

I am glad you responded to me.. like I said, I understand your volume of calls/e-mails and I realized SEMA is a huge event moreover I am aware you guys just moved into another location.

I was worry about having to order parts and making sure the parts arrive on time, my employer (USAF) is very specific and strict as far is leave regulations, I must plan ahead.

I will call you tomorrow and address details with you. Thanks!!

I just talked to you guys (Precision Dyno) a moment ago. Problem solved, miscommunication issue, bad timning and concerns on my side that I wasn't sure what I need it at the time and what was best for me.

Also a clarification, I had a message from you guys on my cell inbox before I posted my topic complaining so I guess I dropped the ball on that one,it sounds like I went off you before realizing you tried to contact me.

One more thing, yes Nick, you explained me all the stuff and gave me prices and scheduled me before you guys went to SEMA, I had additional questions after you guys left to the SEMA show so that is why I precipitated.

It is all good now...

Carlos

Wildcats,Sundevils,Bums, and Homeowners!!!

We are down to one week now before our arrival in Arizona. If everyone on the list could contact me sometime this week in order to finalize all plans with everyones vehicles. We are getting extremely excited about this trip and are looking forward to meeting/seeing all of you. We have lots to do this week and I do not want to get too sidetracked with the work at the shop, without taking care of everyone in Arizona first. So please, if any of you have any further questions/comments/concerns about anything, give me a call 856-495-2227. I need to know everything that I need to bring to the event before we leave on Monday night (boost controllers, fuel pumps, women, etc.) So if you could either pm me with your needs or like I said before, give me a call, I would really appreciate it! Take care everyone, it should be a very fun week for all of us!

Guys Congrats to Precision Dyno (Both Nicks) and Sergio(Customer). You guys tuned Sergio's Evo last week and made great power(305whp on 93OCT I think)

My best friend Sergio(Evofunk) just ran his car at Cesil Dragway . He ran his Evo at the track for the first time in his life and he did great.

These are his runs:

1)13.05@109.3 2.1 60'on 93Oct and half gas tank, snow 205 tires and missed 4th
2) 12.56@113.7 2.06 60'
3) 12.43@113.4 1.9 60'

In my opinion Sergiop did great and the Tuning from Precision was great as well from what I heard.

Have you guys seen many Evo drivers going for the first time to the track and running freaking 12.4' @113 plus mph ?

Wow!!
