PJ,

It looks like you are going to put some serious numbers at the Dyno. I predict you will be in the 11's after the alcohol, the turbo and the tunning. Are you upgrading the tires?

I think you are going to be trapping no less than 115 MPH , somewhere between 115 and 120MPH.

In order not to use any form of "squeezable" sealing and not leak, you will have to go what you call an interference fit, doubt that the head is bored to such high degree of precision.

Also if you get new injectors you could sometime reuse the stock o rings. What size are you going with?

PJ,

I like your configuration a lot, you are putting upgrade parts that are proven.
The 20G turbo with TI wheels ported/balance , the 9.8 is the best formula in my opinion. You car is going to run really fast. I hope you get the Intercooler on time.

I can wait to see the power you are going to make. I highly suggest you do your tunning for 91, have a reliable car, you don't need high octane gas from now on, the Alcohol kit will be very beneficial at this point.

The PE 650cc on my WRX were installed without the o-rings, it was a very tight fit..

Carlos, maybe your wrx never ran quick because you left the oring on the injectors out?

All you guys getting the Ecutek, you're going to love it! I wish I could swing by in my GSR, but it's STILL sitting in my garage waiting for parts. So is the life of a modder.
