Engine managment....hmmmm
Well, I recently purchased my HKS 280 cams, HKS cam gears, and ARP headstuds.
--I'm wondering if a simple mail-in Dynoflash would be suffice tuning for this setup?
--Would it be more advantageous to do a TurboTrix dyno tune instead?
--Do I need to upgrade headgasket, timing belt, etc...?
--Would I need a SAFC along with either a mail-in flash, or a piggyback?
Right now, I have the following:
HKS RS intake
Walbro 255 pump
RsR downpipe/cat delete
Agency Power Ti exhaust
Hallman MBC
Also, I'm planning on a GT30r kit in the Spring, so I'll probably be doing some headwork before then, to truely take advantage of any xtra RPM's I can get from th 280's.
Any suggestions/advice?

I would take your car to Turbotrix and get it tuned. It'll run smoother, safer, and faster. You don't need a new timing belt or head gasket. The stock one is just fine. We run almost all our cars with stock timing belt and head gasket with this kind of set up. However if your on more of a budget a flash would work as well. When you go with your turbo upgrade in the future you may want to look into engine management.

Of course custom tuning will always be the preferred path but a ase flash works well for those on a budget or who are planning more mods soon
