Upgrades for my ECU Plus

Ok so I got my ECU Plus yesterday. My roommate sent me pics I have yet to see it.

So I am thinking about a 3 Bar GM MAP Sensor to monitor boost, and the EGT attachments to monitor EGT. What other items could I get to get the most out of my ECU PLUS ???

I already have an INNOVATE LC-1 with an XD-1 Gauge for Wideband functions.

I think the most you can get is a permanent mini-PC that uses some type of solid state storage and also for faster boot up. And a decent size touch screen mounted in such a way that is not too intrusive but accessible (from the passenger side of course :P).
Ok maybe I am dreaming :P
Im also looking for a good laptop mounting solution in the mean time.

That looks about right but I have to get home to verify the numbers. You should also buy the piggy/wiring tail. Makes the job a lot easier.

You're definitely not dreaming. I have 1500 miles on my Evo and I already have a CarPC in it. I also used mp3car.com for my research.

If you have any EMS, I say a carPC is a must have, especially if you have real-time monitoring/logging. And, in the meantime, while you aren't using your EMS, you can use GPS, watch DVDs (your passengers of course), play emulators, listen to mp3's, view backup cameras, etc.

Can any of you list the price that you have paid for such a system?
I may go cheap and use my old PC parts :}
But I guess the hardest/closliest is the solidstate storage. Harddrive can't handle the vibration in my Evo I dont' think :}
TIA

I can give you guys a rundown of my parts list and some pics a little later. Maybe this weekend. I should be able to give the parts later today.

But, basically, you need a mini-itx board and case. I used the VIA M10000 MB with the VoomPC case. Then I got an indash motorized touchscreen VGA monitor. A few other goodies are a GPS receiver, etc. I'm still finalizing all of it, but I can get into more details a little later.
