ECUTEK and alky?

Can a ecutek ecu bring boost down in a catastrophic alky failure ie. pump dies, clogged line etc. I am just wondering if the ecu can see the lean condition and bring timing or boost down to safe levels.

No, EcuTeK is a flash, not an EMS or piggyback system.

What you are looking for is MAFTPro available at www.ttp-engineering.com/store under EMS/fuel control.
