Just curious but wouldnt removing the rear o2 throw a CEL? I would just order a new bung for a few dollars and weld it in about 24 inches from the turbo and run the wideband in there. Thats where i have had the most reliable results at in the past.

I would agree, I'd think you'd want the sensor as close to the exhaust port as possible to get the most accurate and quickest readings but not so close as to be biased to a particular port's exhaust .

If your Cat is in then the wide band will not read correctly. The cat is their to burn out emmision gasses. Probably would get a lean reading.

It wouldn't hurt to just get a bung and weld it in.

it cost me 30$ to get a bung welded on......... if u spend the money for the wideband wouldn't u want the correct reading????

id put the wideband about 20 inches or so away from the turbo.

that would be ideal.
