Too high AFR after tune?

I had my Evo dyno-tuned (though I won't say by who right now) and just now got around to looking at the dyno charts. I noticed that at ~3000 rpms the AFR seems to be falling from 12.5:1. This seems to be pretty high especially since the turbo is starting to boost hard, as I thought most anything above 11.5:1-12:1 on an almost stock Evo was pushing the 'safe' limit. It then drops to the mid, and eventually, low 11s.

I want my car to run safe would rather sacarifce a few HP for relability. I just wanted to see if this was okay.

My mods:
Drop-in filter
Busch TBE w/ cat and bullet
MBC
Walbro 255 (maybe this makes it okay?)

Thanks,

I'm no tuner, but that looks to be fine. If it was that lean at high rpm's, then I'd be more worried.

that seems to be typical...they run around 12 or so at the onset of boost, and richen up as the RPM goes up.
