How this works:

If you set LOW to : 10%
And HIGHT to: 50%

Then: from 10% to 50% you will be in the low throttle adjustment range and from 50% to 100% you will be in high throttle adjustment range.

On my evo i have it set at: Low 35% High: 60

Being the car under normal driving conditions will not build boost under 35% and easy driving so i need no adjustment there.

That is not right. If you set your LOW to 30% any throttle up to 30% will be your on your LOW settings. If the HIGH is at 60%, 60% throttle and above will be on your HI setting. Anything between the 30and60% will split the difference between the HI and LOW settings.
