Anyone USE UTEC to Trigger NX Express Solenoid?

Best of luck getting any information out of this forum of late. Seems it's been abandoned.

relay needed, 20 or 30 amp should be fine, available at all auto parts stores.
a little more explanation.... the Utec isn't designed to have high amps being passed through it's spare solenoid channel. 2 amps max! 2 amps will energize a relay, but won't energize the solenoid valves on the NX system, those probably require 10-20 amps. So, you use the Utec to power the relay, which in turn acts as the "switch" which allows battery voltage to reach the NX stuff. Hope that clears things up a bit.

This seems to make sense, but I need to trigger 2 solenoids at the same time. One Fuel and one N20. Do you think that there will be enough juice from the spare solenoid outlet to split the signal and run 2 relays?

Why not. Couldn't you just set it to trigger the relay at 100 TPS. Oh wait that would only work with a 2 step which turbo xs has not given us!

Quick update. It works flawlessly. I like things simple and using the UTEC eliminates the need for a mechanical WOT switch and and RPM activated electronic switch. I love my UTEC, but damn, I need speed density!
