I was thinking about the knock countermeasure thing more,
maybe it's not needed as a feature having knock sums initiate countermeasures, I guess just being able to log them as it seems we'll be able to will allow one to look where there is high amount of knock sums and look at the corresponding knock voltage graphs to see what kind of voltage is notable.

Since you have access to the full (accurate) signals for RPM, IPW, and Airflow, you might want to look up the original load calculation that uses the airflow (MAF) signal as the values in the ECU+ are unclipped and should be very accurate.
Ok. Gimme an idea where to look.

Instead of building all of this stuff into the ECU+ firmware though, these calculations can be something you do within the windows software, therefore it might be something you'd want to make user definable and have seperate "user defined" calculations and graphs. That might be the best way to handle it.
Right now my main sticking point with user-defined values is that supporting it in the Palm software isn't feasible, so I prefer to hard code stuff in when I can. Besides load, tell me how else people might want to use user-defined graphs.
