Installing Cams Without Tune

I am going to install HKS 272/272 and Walbro 255 fuel pump at a friends house this weekend. The only thing is I will not be getting a tune for a few days after the install. The plan is to install the cams/F.P. and drive my car back to my house and leave it parked until I get it tuned. My question is will it be ok to drive my car after putting the cams in from where I install it to my house and then when the time comes drive it to where im getting it tuned. Is there any problem to do this as longs as I drive really easy to and from? If it matters and just to let you know my mods so far are HKS 3" TBE, TurboXS down pipe, Injen intake w/ Upper IC Piping, Hallman MBC, HKS SSQ BOV. I also have my boost set low (16 psi) until I get my stock ECU flashed.

I believe so.

Just don't go giving the car any pedal to the metal until a tune, you just may cause damage.

Had my cams installed for over a week prior to tune. You should be good.
