Keep BLowing Engine fuse? Help

I have this exact same problem. My 20 amp engine fuse keeps popping. Usually happens when i'm beatin on the car. I just did a bunch of mods including a test pipe, so to get rid of the check engine light i did the 'ol "02 sensor anti fouler fix"
so, tomorrow i am going to wrap that little rascal underneath and find out is this is the problem
