Do a pressure test......I bet you that the throttle body seals are leaking. Also check the connection to the Cam sensor. These wires are easily pulled back a tad and cause issues.

im not leaking any boost....it hits full boost at 21 psi and then tapers to 18-19 sometimes holds 20 on a good day. the vac is at 24 on idle and somewhere around 28 ish when moving. i called a mechanic earlier and he kind of suggested the coil packs went out explaining the semi misfire and huge turbo lag. would you happen to know the symptoms of a blown coil pack?

you need to do a boost leak test, looking at vacuum/boost while driving doesn't guarantee anything.

i found a little hose from my turbo timer that had popped off.....i put it back on and the sputtering has gone away from wat ive noticed. the only thing is the turbo still has a huge lag in 5th gear for some reason. it wouldnt let me go past 4000 rpms and it kinda just bogged. it feels like its restricting itself....any suggestions?
