WOW! Did not know this thread was still rockin... About a year old
Yes the settings will work on the 2005 MR, RS, and EVO VIII. The small differences in the MR will not greatly affect it as these are pretty conservative. The EVO is the same minus a couple extra features. So yes these settings will work.
If you have ANY questions or need help just give us a call!

Also don't forget there's a LO-THR setting to allow you to set a curve of compensation based on throttle position (this way if you find you need a certain compensation at part throttle, and different at WOT, it will interpolate the space between) I have yet to see anyone tune for part throttle open loop compensation for drivability where most of us are driving.. I find that even when I'm testing WOT runs, I find that I'm frequently not at WOT the whole time, hence tuning for those things will improve drivability and performance.

Mine is:
Lo Throttle: 30% Hi Throttle: 60%
4000 -2% 4600 -3% 5200 -4% 5800 -5% 6400 -8% 7000 -11% 7600 -13%
So far so good, even in the cold weather on 93 octane. No SES ever.
Mods are: HKS RS intake, HKS 2.5" DP, UR 2.5" TP, HKS 2.9" Catback, Cusco oil catch can, and JDM MR Bypass valve.
