logging issues with windows 98..

Heres the situation....as of right now, I only have access to a older laptop with windows 98 on it. Does anyone know whether or not, evoscan and/or mitsulogger will run on this older operating system? I already downloaded mitsulogger from activematrix, and it wont open...? I am lost...!?!?! :-)

Thanks in advance

MAN....have you ever gone to a party, and realized that no one is even talking to you? Maybe it's my deodorant?

http://www.limitless.co.nz/#OperatingSystems lists Evoscan as supporting 98

Mitsulogger requires .Net Framework 2.0 or 3.0 I think. If it's an old laptop that hasn't been updated in a long time then you probably need to go to the windows update site and download it.
