slow spool

could any part of tuning with ecuflash cause extremely slow spool? Such as timing?

My evo green is spooling really slow...

does not reach 20psi until 5600-6000 in 3rd gear..

I'm using the stock wga now thinking that the HP version was the problem so I do not believe the wga arm preload is the issue..

thanks,

Everybody and their uncle has said it's WG preload in your other post and you have ignored them, you can't set it to stock by paint on the arm it's not factory anymore. Take the thing off and do it right. Heres a link to do it the right way.

dude,

I'm not using the hp wga anymore. I'm using the factory one which is as tight as it will go.. There is not much adjustment on the oem wastegate arm.

Irrelevant, put 3 full turns of preload on it if you can't make it so you can.

what he has for MIVEC is fine. Its def. something mechanical. by the look of your maps you should be hitting 20 psi right before 3k rpm. look for boost leaks or maybe you BOV could be faulty. Do a boost leak down check and it should tell you if you have a boost leak or if you BOV is faulty.
