Anyone have the stock EVO IX MR rom I can use?
I had a flash tune on my car but I took the intake off of it and I just want to take my ECU back to what it was stock and my stock rom was on my hard drive that failed.

IF anyone has a stock evo IX MR rom please notify me so I can get my car back to normal?

Scott should be able to help you. Also you can download the stock roms from http://www.aktivematrix.com/forum/dl...file&file_id=3. You must register to have access to the roms library. This is the newest version for the Evo IX 88590015, there was another revision on the earlier IX's (like mine), it was version 88590013. Version 15 will work on all USDM Evo IX's.

With you fuel pump upgrade you will probably be super rich up top with the stock rom, also you may overrun the boost limit (fuel cut) if you still have an exhaust / boost controller on the car.

 

I am kind of needing it tonight so I can have my car running right tomorrow.... It runs fine except when I get around 3k RPM the car stutters like it isnt igniting or something but then I just hit the gas and a couple seconds it comes alive.

Need the stock ROM to do process of elimination.

 

How much boost are you running? eg are you hitting boost cut? Actually, it sounds like you are blowing the spark out. When you hit boost limit (fuel cut), it's like hitting a brick wall. How long have you been tuned? Have you gapped your plugs tighter? A IX will blow out spark above 23psi if they are not gapped tighter.
