I Need help to tune or re-program my ECU (Evo III JDM)

Hi my name is Jonathan Iam from Costa Rica and I have an Evo III JDM Year 1995...

Need your help because I want to modify the parameters of my ECU because my engine have many mods in this moment.. My best time is 12,251 seconds in 1/4 mile but my ECU is stock.

I would like to use the Moates Real Time ECU Emulator (ostrich 2.0) but I can not find a good XDF files for Tunerpro RT and a good bin files to try tests in the Dyno.

Need a good manual to tune my ECU.
