Posting on the Innovate forum is somewhat of a lost cause. Pretty much everyone will tell you that you must have done the grounds incorrectly. I kind of laugh at that now because after so many people were told that their problem is due to bad grounds, we find out that LC-1 accidentally sold a defective batch of LC-1s.

Your best bet is to call Innovate. Felipe will most likely answer the phone. He's a bit of a hard *** and will most likely tell you to check the grounds. See if you can get Felipe to transfer you to Klaus. He's generally more helpful.

I spoke with Felipe this morning and he told me to do a heater calibration which did not work.I will call again tomorrow and look for Klaus.I only had this POS for 8 months and had nothing but problems. Is Klaus one of the service tech?

Klaus is the founder and main engineer. Does the LC-1 work at all? If it works intermittently and then loses calibration, you probably have one of the defective ones that I mentioned.

All of a sudden my dynotune gauge reads 00.0 along with logworks and says warming up.As soon as i turn my ignition on the LED stays lit solid.I even tried re calibrating and the LED stays on solid,no blinking light so i'am really lost.I was hoping it will give me an error code but i don't get any.

I think there is a one year warranty. You can send it in for exchange.
