What Engine management is best for Evo 1

What Engine management is best for Evo 1
I have a JDM Evo 1 and I'm installing a GT28RS turbo with a full 3" exhaust and some other minor bolt on mods! I was just wondering what the best Engine Management setup would be?
I would go for a Vi-PEC Plugin http://www.vi-pec.com/page_files/pluginecu.htm
