gauges on your laptop from ecu
So i have an openport 1.3 and a laptop, is it possible to have Zeitronix or something where i can have A/F ratio and boost and volts or whatever on my laptop buy just having it conected through the 1.3 to the ecu?
is there any sort of software that would alow me to have this while the car is runing? so i dont need to buy and install actual gauges

If you connect to your ECU using a 1.3 cable and use EvoScan to datalog, you can put up a "digital dash" that has customizable gauges, which can display anything your logging though EvoScan (except you'd need a WB 02 intalled and logged though EvoScan to display AFR and you would need an upgraded MAP sensor installed and logged though EvoScan to display BOOST)
Now you could get a zeitronix ZT-2 WB/datalogging system and using their software and their serial cable (if you have no serial input on your laptop, then you need to get a usb to serial cable), you can have gauges on your laptop displaying info.
Out of the box, the ZT-2 will log TPS, RPM, AFR. To log boost, you have to get the zeitronix MAP sensor. With the ZT-2 and the MAP sensor, you could have gauges on your laptop that display AFR and BOOST.
The Zeitronix also has an LCD screen digital gauge, that will display AFR, RPM, BOOST (with the MAP sensor) and EGT (with additional sensor) with no need for a laptop.
