Wiring LC1 to ECU as factory O2 (lambda) sensor

My factory front O2 sensor has recently died and I was wondering if it would be possible or if anyone has tried wiring a WB (1v output) to use as a replacement for the OEM O2?

Yes, but the LC1 has a narrow band output I think.. you might try searching the ECUflash forum as well. There might be some posts over there that tell you how to do it.

Yep, has a narrowband simulator on the analogue 1 output 1.1v, think it was the yellow wire. analogue 2 output is the wideband 0-5v, brown wire.

anyway i went ahead and did it today and it works. i wired it straight into where the O2/lambda sensor went (pin 71 on my 8mr ecu).

im a happy chappy now since mitsubishi quoted me $720 for a new OEM one and an 8 week wait, what a joke!
