Evoscan not logging, not reading ECU also

Hey guys. I did some searching but wasnt able to come up with anything. Ive used Evoscan 2.5 and Tactrix 1.3 before on my previous EVO 9 and everything worked fine. I bought another EVO 9 and using same laptop with Evoscan 2.5 and same cable and it doesnt log and doesnt read from ECU. Downloaded Evoscan 2.6 and same thing is happening. Here is what it says on screen:

Info: AutoReconect Retry#2
Info: Initialize Vehicle ECU...
Info: Initializing At 5 baud...
Info: Timer: 1847.5ms
Info: Initialization Complete...
Info: Waiting for INIT Response...
Info: Datalogger Ended.

ECU flashing:

flashing tool "mitsukernel" loaded.
flashing tool "mitsukernelocp" loaded.
flashing tool "mitsubootloader" loaded.
OpenPort Cable Connected.
3064 byte kernel read.
sending init sequence 1 (0001)
interface close

Installed a brand new battery.
I did try running unlocker but no luck still.
Another person tried with his Tactrix cable and laptop and same result.
Car passed the smog, so I think they connect to OBDII port and it should be working then.
Any help? Thanks in advance

Problem solved. Bad connection through OBD2 port. Some wires loose I guess.
