EManage pressure sensor & harness

What does the pressure sensor and harness provide.Does it allow you to eliminate the MAF or give you additional flow metering.

allows you to accuratekly read boost/vacuum. Stock sensor doesn't see boost above about 1psi. Thus with this it will see the boost up to what ever sensor it is.

It does not allow you to remove the karman Vortex (EVO's don't have MAF's). To do that you would need either a Power FC D-Jetro model or the AEM. The boost pressure sensor allows you to tune for boost instead of KV sensor frequency. It really doesn't matter that much and in fact I prefer to tune for KV frequency which is the massof air gong into the motor. It is very useful though on cars that are not originally boosted and are now running boost since you can program teh E-Manage to take out timing and ad fuel ONLY when seeing boost pressure and of course map it out according to how much boost pressure it is seeing.
