Logging Software Personal favorites

I'd love to here everyone's personal opinions on what logging software/s they prefer to use. There are so many great options and tools out there it would be great to hear what others have found to work well for them.

Evoscan has been working great for me, especially the newest version. I think it was well worth the money spent on it especially now since you can edit the maps in the maptracer window.
