Are these OBD2 compatible, I mean will I pass smog?

 

honestly im not sure what kind of reading you would get if you pluged an analyzer into plug under the steering wheel. As for the output of the vehicle, you could tune it to where it barely puts out any emissions at all. all you would really have to do is retard timing, etc.....
