stall issues

2003 evolution 8: stalls whenever idles or clutch is engaged, slowly loses rpm's no codes registered. Please help

Is the blow off valve recirculated? Not much info either

Could be the iac valve.

The blow off valve is recirculated. My afr's are high too when it does it. What additional info you need.
