HELP! ive lost all hope

im not good at describing whats going on but here it goes:
so to start out, when i start the car cold, the car runs on 3 cylinders for around 10 seconds, (nothing better that the smell of strait fuel in the morning) so as i drive the car around town the car runs pretty strong and no ignition problems, but if i would to say, roll into the throttle to get on the highway or under WOT the car pops and misfires and blows black smoke like crazy, AFRs at idle are around 10.2-10.4 which i thought were real low and at WOT their at around 10.2-10.6 when the gauge isnt freaking out from misfire and spark blow out, i feel like my car is just dangerously rich, but would a coil on plug setup without the CDI box be suitable for the car along with speed density? dyno graph is UGLY in boost.
car is a 2.4 stroker, manley h beans manley pistons, hks staggered cams 264 intake and 272 exhaust, ported exhaust manifold to a gt3076r. help please

Sounds like you need a tune something fierce. Your idle AFRs should be around 14.7 with your WOT being around 11.1. Once you get your fuel trim figured out, go from there.
