Yes but you can unlock in about 3 seconds.

Use ECUunlocker

I had a mail-in flash from him back in '05 and after doing some tuning with EcuFlash recently, I know that it wasn't locked. Not sure if he did that in person or not though but what I am sure of is that the mail-in flash did absolutely nothing to make the car faster or run better other than having a 2-step rev limiter.

he blew up my brand new buschur motor, took all my nice new parts and replaced them for ****ty ones in terrible condition, and tried to make me pay him $3000 for rebuilding the motor he blew up. I dont recommend him. A year later im still knee deep fixing the mess this guy made.

someone should create a thread for people whose motors he blew lol, it would be interesting how many people there really are since he always tried to keep the customers quite.

Great Idea! I think since you came up with it, you should create it. When I was a noob, I wanted to go to him because I didnt know better. But after reading some of the feedback on this site, I didn't go there and my car is safe. I think that would be a helpful thread.
