Lean AFR during idle

I tried to search for others with lean idle and it appears that it might have to do with an exhaust leak.

At idle, my UEGO is off the chart lean. During cruise, it's hovering around 15.0 which I am expecting.

Does it sound like this might be an exhaust leak or should I look at something else? If someone could point me in the right direction, I'd appreciate it.

Could be your tune. Have you got it tuned before or with current mods?

My car is at 16-17 A/F on cold start up but once it goes to open loop AKA "warms up" it sits at 15-16 A/F

im having same issue. mine goes between 17 and ---, at idle... and is all over the place when i cruise. ive seen perfect 11.0 on wot and ive seen 10.0 on wot.

i do know i have a exhaust leak. the buscur dp has no donut gasket and there is no flex section. resultiong in bent flanges on test pipe and stuff bc of the stress.

i think it could very well be a exhuast leak cuasing it.

It sounds like ^he has the same thing going on however I really don't think I have an exhaust leak but I thought I remember reading about it causing lean idle at one time. While I don't think I have an exhaust leak, I am not saying I'm positive. If I do, it's not easily noticed and I am not going to rule it out just yet. Again it looks good on cruise (~15) and WOT looks good too from ~12.5 tapering down to ~11.3.

I did have it tuned at one point however the only tuning I have dealt with on the car was primarily 3rd gear pulls. I've maintained the tune since adding a few items such as injectors. I've never really seen too much on "tuning" idle AFR.

Would it be a bad idea to throw some fuel at the idle RPM/Load cells in the fuel map?

I figure adding fuel is one way to skin the cat but I am not sure when enough is enough and need to look elsewhere.
