Evo 8 stalling during deceleration

Just had a brand new ix shortblock and comp sprung street disc clutch with a light flywheel installed and my car is often stalling while coming to a complete stop. It doesn't happen every time, but it has been happening more and more frequently. When the car doesn't stall idle will drop to ~500 for a second or two and then bounce back up to 1000. During this time my AFRs spike to 17.2+ sometimes registering passed 18. My AFRs are also really rich in between shifts (not at WOT), which I've read is not uncommon, but too what extent?

A search pulled up a similar issue, but that guys 8 was still MAF, mine is tuned on SD. I'm still using stock injectors but have a 255lph installed. Does this sound like an issue with the o2 sensor or is it something more severe? Any help would be greatly appreciated

It would definitely help to have a list of mods. But just spitballing, it sounds like it could be a couple of things:
My first guess is to check for boost leaks
Next check your tune
Another thing is the lightened flywheel. This can cause an RPM drop like you see when it goes to like 500 RPM momentarily. My car does this with the stock flywheel at times.
Also, letting your RPMS drop from a high rev can make this happen. Get into the habit of "blipping" the throttle before it settles when you let the RPMs drop from like 5000+.

Can you attach a log or something for us to look at?

mod list:

ETS TBE, ETS SD intake, walbro 255, comp clutch w/ light flywheel, ix shortblock, ARP head studs, aem wideband, boost, and oil pres.

everything else as of now is cosmetic or suspension related.

There was a light flywheel installed with the ACT clutch that the previous owner had and I never had the problem before.

I'll try and get logs uploaded this weekend if I find some free time, otherwise that might have to wait until next week. Any troubleshooting ideas?

edit: it was tuned by Aaron at english racing so I can't imagine it was the tune but maybe...
