Looking to get 350-60whp on 91

Guys,

'06 MR

Here's the current setup.

Apexi world sport exhaust
Titec O2 housing
HKS 3" Downpipe
Rally Cat Testpipe
AEM Intake
Blox torque mount
Power enterprise timing belt
Cosworth M2 cams with Supertech springs and retainers
ARP head studs
Exedy twin disc clutch
AMS clutch line
FIC 1450cc injectors
Walbro 255lph fuel pump
Tuned for 91 and E85 Dynoed at 330whp/300wtq on 91 and 378whp/380wtq on E85

A retune both on 91 and E85 is in my near future. I've already got an ETS LICP that needs to be installed. Is there another bolt on I could pick up before the tune to get the most out of the retune? Looking for another mod that will net me 10-15 hp. Also, should I be considering upgrading my intercooler at this point? I will already have the front bumper off so it wouldn't be that hard to swap out, I just don't know if it is necessary/worth it. I hoping to get about 350-60 on 91, and whatever the car will make on E85 (probably close to 400).

Thanks in advance!

A wet shot of 250 should do the job.

What kind of conditions are your injectors seeing?

I really couldn't say. Actually, one thing missing from the current set up is the injectors. I have it written down somewhere, but I think they were upgraded to 1100cc? That sounds familiar.

You can always order barrels of E98 and mix with 91 to make E85. If not, get everything ported (IM,EM, turbo etc.) or just get a bigger turbo.

I think around 26. That's what the previous owner told me.

Add a bigger FMIC to cool the charge because your going to have to max out the stock turbo to reach your target. ETS 3.5 inch is one of the best out there for the price. I think with that and a good tuner you'll make it

I think I am going to install a ETS 3.5" intercooler and LICP. I snagged a spot with BakaUnchi next month, so I think this should set me up good for a while.

Follow up question: How far could I drive after installing a new intercooler and LICP without worrying about damaging my car? I am debating where I will be installing my parts before my tune next month.

Intercooler and LICP will lean you out, so stay out of boost and you'll be fine for any distance.

Realistically, the easiest place to install would be down in Socal. But that would require me driving the 300+ miles back up to the bay area. That sounds unsafe. The other less convenient option is to use my aunt's small garage in Fairfield, and then drive to Hayward the next day which isn't too far.

What exactly does "stay out of boost" mean. Completely? Or don't drive like an a$$.

Based on the lack of response, I am just going to assume that driving 300+ miles after installing an intercooler and LICP is a bad idea.
